About This Qualification
The qualification provides a general vocational outcome in rice production work that enables individuals to mill process and package rice grain products, mill rice flour and manufacture rice consumer products on an industrial scale.
Important: RPL It Australia is a student support service. All assessment and qualification issuance is conducted by the delivering Registered Training Organisation. RPL It does not deliver training, conduct assessments, or issue qualifications.

What Is Recognition of Prior Learning?
Recognition of Prior Learning is a formal assessment process that evaluates skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained through your career against the requirements of a nationally recognised qualification.
You gather relevant workplace evidence and a qualified assessor from the delivering Registered Training Organisation evaluates that evidence. If the assessor determines every competency requirement is met, the RTO issues the qualification.

Why should I register my interest now?

Is RPL the same as doing the study course?
RPL is a different form of evidence. While a student learns the skills, an RPL candidate demonstrates they already possess them. The resulting qualification is identical and carries the same national weight, as it is assessed against the same standards.
What if I have experience in packaging but not milling?
The Certificate III in Rice Processing covers various streams. During the evidence gathering phase, we help you identify which units of competency align with your specific experience, whether that is in production, milling, or packaging.
How do I prove I can operate computerised dashboards?
Evidence can include workplace screen captures, standard operating procedures you follow, or a third-party report from a supervisor confirming your competency in adjusting and monitoring automated systems.
