About This Qualification
This qualification reflects the role of individuals occupying the position of responsible manager in a financial services organisation. At this level individuals are expected to apply specialist skills and knowledge in a range of situations to deal with complex situations and issues.

What Is Recognition of Prior Learning?
Recognition of Prior Learning is a formal assessment process that evaluates skills, knowledge, and experience you have gained through your career against the requirements of a nationally recognised qualification.
You gather relevant workplace evidence and a qualified assessor from the delivering Registered Training Organisation evaluates that evidence. If the assessor determines every competency requirement is met, the RTO issues the qualification.

We are currently in the process of establishing partnerships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) who can assess this specific Advanced Diploma. At this stage, we are accepting registrations of interest.

Is RPL the same as completing the study version of the course?
The outcome is identical. Whether you achieve the qualification through study or recognition of prior learning, the certificate is issued by a Registered Training Organisation and holds the same national weight.
What specifically is a 'Responsible Manager' in this context?
A Responsible Manager is an individual nominated by a financial services licensee to demonstrate that the organisation has the required knowledge and skills to provide its services under ASIC's RG105.
How do I prove my ethical decision-making experience?
